You may provide line-item descriptions, amounts, vehicle details, shop-written notes, and an estimate image. Avoid adding information that is not needed for the review, such as account numbers or payment-card details.

How information is used
Estimate information is used to structure the quote, generate the requested review, maintain the report session, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.
Automated processing
Configured service providers may process estimate content to extract text or generate the requested analysis. Provider availability can vary, and the product should not send content to an unconfigured service.
Payments
When paid reports are available, checkout is handled by Paddle. Mechanic Head does not receive your full payment-card number. Private estimate sessions and report links expire after 30 days.
Analytics and technical data
We may collect page views, referral source, device and browser details, approximate location signals, timestamps, and error events to operate and improve the service.
Review evidence boundary
Raw customer review narratives and identities are not published in public reports. Any merchant evidence shown publicly must be aggregated and pass the product's public evidence checks.
